CONCEPT CASE STUDY · REPLACE WITH ACTUAL PROJECT DETAILS
The vision
A difficult grade transformed into a layered destination with safe, beautiful movement through the property.
Every decision was organized around how the property should feel, function and age over time. The result is a unified outdoor environment—not a collection of unrelated features.

01
The challenge
Working with the land.
A steep ravine divided the property and complicated access, drainage and everyday use. The solution needed to feel substantial and safe without fighting the site’s natural character.
02
The response
One integrated solution.
Terraced limestone elements stabilize the slope, a purpose-built stone crossing reconnects the property and carefully directed drainage protects the outdoor rooms below.
