The vision
A true outdoor living room created for long dinners, game days and effortless hosting.
Every decision was organized around how the property should feel, function and age over time. The result is a unified outdoor environment—not a collection of unrelated features.

01
The challenge
Working with the land.
The existing patio offered little shade, limited seating and no natural connection between cooking, dining and relaxing. The homeowners wanted more usable space without losing the openness of the yard.
02
The response
One integrated solution.
A timber-and-limestone pavilion establishes the architectural center. The kitchen, dining area and fireside lounge each have a clear purpose while remaining visually connected for larger gatherings.
